Finally Approved after 4 years and 4 months

Heard from AVM, mine and my wife\'s I485 approved today
PD 11/97, RD 04/01, ND 07/01 FP 10/01 EB3 NO RFE
used AC21 after 180 days.

Thanks to you all and Mr. Khanna for a great site.

RD = Receipt Date - The date INS receives your application. i.e. acknowledgement of your mail
ND = Notice Date - The day they enter your info. into their computers and you are part of the queue hereonwards.
FP = Fingerprint Date - The day you give your fingerprints to INS

I used to be "jj cc" on the april case list, but I forgot my password and had to register for a new user name today.
 
RD 4/3, ND 4/18, RFE for medical issued 3/6, RFE received by INS on 3/18, still waiting...

My case was approved on 1/30/02, but for some reason, INS seperated my husband\'s
file with mine, so my husband\'s case is still pending. Last time when I called INS, I
was told the case was just assigned to an officer, does anybody know how long it is
usually going to take for approval after assigned to an officer?
