Finally April Case Approved today 03/20

By the Grace of GOD. Our case(my self, wife\'s and son\'s) has been approved today 3/20.

Was little disappointed by looking May, June and July Approvals. Any way its was a wonderful moment.

Wanted to post this message here asap, but I was away from computer. Sorry for posting this message little late.

Note: I checked AVM at 2:30 PM EST. AVM says \'This case has been approved on march 20th .....

Approved on March 07th. Posted message on this site long back.
Received approval letter on march 14th. Passport stamped on March 19th.

talked to ins officer just now

I was told that my recieved date was in July, and it is not on the process yet.

but my RD is 4/30, nd is 7/13.

when I check the voice mail it says my application was recieved on 7/13.

any comments?

My theory is that those unlucky april/may guys who were left behind their nd is probably mistakened by rd by some incompetent INS officers when sorting the files. Other than that there is nothing can explain why we\'ve seen so many June/July approvals yet there are many april/may cases not even been assigned yet!! INS is totally messed up.
And we are happened to be those unlucky guys!
 
Spoke with IIO today

I spoke to an IIO about my case today, EB3 RD=4/25.
He said that my case has been assigned to an officer.
I asked when? He said, "just assigned".
I asked when should I expect any status? He said, "60 days or less".
He was polite.

Talked to IIO today

I couldn\'t control myself. I talked to IIO today and she said they are processing applications filed in May. I asked her if they go by RD or ND and she told me the day they keyed in the info. Seems like they process based on ND. As you guys know, my RD is 04/13 and ND is 07/02. Frustrating... Do we have lot of applications with ND in June ?

By god\'s grace my I-485 case and my wife\'s case have been approved.
I called AVM on friday around 10:00pm EST and found about my approval.

Here are the details:
PD : 11/99
RD : 04/27/01
ND : 07/12/01
FP : --/11/01
AD : 03/21/02
NO RFE.

Both of us applied and got EADs. I did not use my EAD, but my wife did.If you guys need any more info, post them here.

Could any body else take over updating the list. I will be visiting
this site and this thread for a while.

My category is EB2. My labor is done thru RIR.
I called AVM on friday(03/22/02) after 10:00p.m., and found that my case has been approved.
