485 Apprved,140 still Pending ????

Any body has this strange exp.Pls respond with your valueble info.

see my post from yesterday - please tell me more about your story - so your 485 approved already and still no 140? What did your lawyer said? Did you get passport stamping?
 
Not Stamped on PASSPORT.

At the time of interview,140 was pending at TSC
In interview the officer said he has approved 485 and waiting for 140.
Attorney statrted an inquery for 140, Till now no answer.
 
485 approved, 140 pending

But how did you get this interview - was it after 485 approval ? I got my 485 approved by email and status (line and phone) change- message says"On 3/17/05 your 485 has been approved, approval notice was mailed etc". I am waiting to get this mail and next week will contact my lawyer ( he is not available until Tuesday)
 
485 transfered to dallas dist office

After attending the interview at Dallas Dist Office.
I think your 140 might have approved and on line status did not updated.
In a day or two you will receive 140 approval online.

In fact, you don't need 140. To stamp your passaport you need only 485 approved. Obviously, the 485 requires 140. However, if your 485 is done. What the heck! You are done!!! Be happy.
