I just red the magic words on on-line case status webpage....

Both me and my wife's 485 cases have been approved on March 4th, 2003. We got approval notices in the mail today.

We are very happy to learn this after so long wait.....

Good luck to everyone who is still waiting and this forum is very helpful.

My details:

WAC-02-042-5xxxxx
485 RD: 10/2001
485 ND: 11/19/2001
FP done at LA on 01/24/2002
RFE got on Nov, 2002
RFE replied (or recieved by INS) on Dec 6th 2002
485 Approved on March 4th, 2003

Hope will see lots of approvals this week and next week.....
 
Sorry, but...

I know it sounds silly, but...

After I ran the autocript for 02-042-5xxxxx, which I am one of them, I did not see any case approved on March 4th, 2003.
 
Looks like your script has a BUG!

I have just now checked my status again on-line and it still says that my case has been approved. Morethan that, we got the approval letters in the mail. So, I don't see any other reason except believe that your script has a BUG (or may be your script don't like my reciept number!?:( )

Anyway, after seeing bunch of approvals over the last week, I think the pace is slowly picking up and hope that it will improve and will see continuous stream of approvals.......
