in this regard.

Mine is also transferred to INS SFO on 8/4/01.
Was wondering why they called u for an interview.
And then a RFE?

when my 485 was filed, we had submitted affidavits from parents; however , during the interview, the officer said they would only accept affidavits from someone who is not a immediate relative (it has to be someone who cannot derive benefit as a result of I becoming a permanent resident) and the officer gave me a RFE to produce new birth affidavits. In response, I submitted birth affidavits from 2 of my dad\'d sisters and they were accepted. (the affidavits have to clearly state the relationship between the undertaker and you)
