Received the approval.

My wife got a second FP notice on the first week of
August (the appointment date was a week from the date
we received the notice) and she did it as scheduled.

I am not on Ciba\'s list.

We will go to SJC for PP stamping.

Good to know the list is moving. (Good luck to you dentyne).

Sam_, for your info, I got pp stamping done. Suggest you
go early. I went in at 3:30 and was out by 10 AM. Very cold
night. Do take chair,reading light, book, walkman etc. dont
worry, morning 5 AM the breakfast van comes in for coffee donuts
etc.

How do I get on to Ciba\'s plastic card list? Any pointers?
