Hi all,
I am new to this Discussion forum. But I used to check this on a daily basis to get some kind of information like what ND\'s are getting approved. But atlast mine and my Wife\'s got approved. I thought of adding our inforation here. Here are our details. Fortunately all the below said dates were same for me and my wife.

PD: Aug 1998
ND: 23rd Jan 2000
FP1: May 2000
FP2: 20th Feb 2002
EAD: 2
AP: 2

Finally Approval Date: 19 Mar 2002
Got Stamped in Atl on 29 Mar 2002.

Help wanted regarding 485 . Should both husband a wife file in seperate forms ?

Hi all,

I have gone through all the immihelp, immigration web sites, so please dont direct me there again.

My lawyer is filing the 485 . I am primary beneficiary. My wife is on H1 also. What all documents dow we need to give. My lawyer sends a word document with all the questions. Those questions seems to be only of me and nothing related to my wife.

 Here are my questions.
1. Do we need seperate forms for me and my wife (2 forms to be precise)? Is that right. If so what all forms needs to be filed seperately, Is it
485,
Biography (specially this, does it need to be 2 forms also),
Affidavit of support,
EAD,
Advanced Parole.

Please help.
