Our 485 has been approved on 06/26 and got the Courtesy Copy this week. Will go for stamping next week with the original approval.

ND: Sep 1999
FP1: Dec 1999

INS had sent a redo notice for 06/20. We were not able to go that day, we could go any Wednesday within 90 days.
We were not expecting approval for a few more weeks or even couple of more months! we were pleasantly surprised.
We are happy its over.

We had contacted the local Senators office in March \'01, that is when our PD became current again!
They asked us to wait, since INS had advice them to go by official processing dates.
We even called INS Texas and mentioned about the FP expiring.
Got the canned reply, "you will get a notice in due course,
we are processing July \'99 cases, you will have to wait."

Congrats.When all hopes dwindle comes a good news that TSC is approving some cases.Just saw immigration-law.com and found that TSC is taking 730 *&@$ days to process 485.

When we checked this weekend the AVM has been updated to having been approved on 06/26 and notice being mailed.
Will go for stamping Wednesday.

I have not seen the posting from RMAHADEVAN and my original handle in TSC Tracker was rmarulen.
