LIN-00-234, EB3 India. PD Dec\'96. The AVM said approved on 5th Nov. I\'m temporarily staying in NY although my permanent address is in KS. Can I go to local INS at Buffalo or do I have to fly to KS for stamping ? If I get my passport stamped in Buffalo, will it delay arrival of my card (since Buffalo comes under VSC and KS is under NSC and so was my case) ???

Hello GAJVAR, I see U are one of the most active persons on this chat, can U thro some lite on NSC way of style of work, what kind of justifucation they make , in processing the cases, they are approving ND MARCH 2001 cases, and not approving and keep pending of ND APRIL 2000, why so much discrepancy , how to tacke this, can U give some inside info to this.
