Congratulations! Question about RFE.

Does the "RFE REPLIED: 1/16" means the AVM updated on 1/16/02 or the date you mailed your RFE out ?

I mailed out my RFE on 1/24/02, but AVM is still not updated so far. I don\'t know how long I should wait from my mailed RFE date.

RFE was sent by FEDEX 1/13.
Acknowledged on AVM as received on 1/16.
Did you send it by Express mail?? It worked better for me everytime..

AVM finally updated to say my RFE was received on Feb.3 when I called in evening of Feb.1. I mailed my RFE on Jan.24.

Feb 3 is a sunday! Well how did you sent your response to RFE? I mean express mail, or certified or something else?
 
Are we not supposed to send it in the envelop they send?

can we out this envelop on top of the letter and response and send it in another envelop by express or certified mail?

I am not sure about AVM update time after RFE..
It says "On January ## we received the response...."
That is what I remember....

Just I\'ve learned from AVM that We got a RFE but I don\'t know what it is, I am thinking it\'s for BC because mine is recently dated BC\'s.

Yes My BC was dated/registered recently.

I think you can respond to RFE but you might need the cover/envelope that will have bar code(?) with your case number.
