Got the magic email today.. My wife's 485 is not approved yet, she has not got the FP notice after the case was transfered to TSC, So we are waiting on that.

congrats gc_waiting_nc and all who got recent approvals.
It looks like they are approving the cases who gave recent FP's. Good to hear this and hope for all of us who are waiting for approvals and who gave recent FP's.
 
the last LUD was on 07/28/2007. Also there were couple of LUDS between 07/24 and 07/28, 07/24 was the date i had my second FP.

Congrats gc_waiting_gc ! It looks like they are pulling out some old cases now.. RD OCT 03.. i have seen older RD being approved the other day also... good to see this...
 
Did you ask about spouse FP?

When I had not recd. FP notice for wife, I called TSC and they sent out the FP notice. My FP date was before we recd. her FP notice but at the ASC requested to find out if her FP was issued. They said it was issued and gave us a copy of wife's FP notice that had a later date. After requesting and persuation, was able to get wife's FP done same day based on the ASC generated notice.
