Any idea on this one ?

Any idea on what could be the reason of LUD on my I-485(Applied in April 2004) and on my 1st EAD. I have recently involved Congressman and they have raised an enquiry with USCIS and FBI on my background/namechecks.

I have been in this race from long time and my PD -Sep 1999 EB3 India.I have only got 1 FP notice so far and that too in Feb 2005.

I know few of you got 2 FP notices, does it update LUD and if it does, than would it update only 485 or 1st EAD and 485 ? or does it change the default message on 485 case?

have any thoughts ?
