Question,
I have similar dates as you, when did you receive second FP letter? Did you ask for it by calling NCS/VSC or infopass?
Please respond, because I am very confused regarding FP appointment and I was not able to get it by phone or infopass

Congratulatios!!! This is the first case of 2004 Dec, I have seen been touched in over a year. The last feverish approvals were end of last year mostly of Nov 2004. This is good news atlast they are moving their asses.

nsch:-Call National Service Center and tell them that your case is current and finger prints have expired. That might trigger a finger print notice.

congratulations!! Good news indeed. My PD is Jan 31, 2005. My FP 1 have expired as well.

Because I live within a 30 min- driving distance of the Newark, NJ office, I have taken an infopass appointment for telling them that my FP1 have expired and for just inquiring about the status generally. The last time I went- back in Sept., I was still stuck in NC.
