I rather believe any post showing the ND around 03/01/00,and the AD around 03/01/01. I hope his info like this.

Samba: You might be right, I mean 03/01 is his notice date and 03/01 is his approval date, without the FP I mean it takes at least a month to get the FP. and he is getting an approval is less than 10 days... it does not make any sense unless its a typo
