Hello All,

I wanted to share with everyone that my and my wife’s I-485 applications got approved this morning. Please check out the details below.

NJ/RIR/EB2: PD 3/2002 (SUB)
VSC
I-140/I485/EAD/AP: RD 8/31/05, ND 9/6/05
I 140: AD:12/8/2005
I-485:2005 LUDs: 4/21/06, 4/24/06 AD:5/19/06
FP: Done 04/04/06
EAD: AD: 9/16/2005
AP: AD: 9/16/2005
 
Congratulations !!

I guess VSC is doing some work after all ..just not on my case.

EB2 / PD Jan 2001 (SUB)
I 140/ I 485/ EAD /AP Filing 09/27/05
EAD/AP AD 10/10/05 :)
FP code 3 11/06/05 :)
I 140 AD 02/24/06 :D
I 485 waiting ???? :(

I hope you must be ahead in line. On avg., I hope VAC works 3 months before PD. Hope to here good news from you.
