Would you mind posting what\'s asked about in employment letter, and how you responded? This will be helpful to many of us.

If a RFE for emplyment letter is issued then your lawyer should send a sample employment letter to your employer to type on the company
letterhead. The letter should have the following:

1. Start date of employment
2. Postion (Programmer Analyst etc)
3. Salary
4. Company needs to mention that the employment will continue.

Also I and my wife got our passport stamped yesterday from Newark, NJ
Wed 28th. IIO said the card will take 8-10 months but I think it will
take 2-3 months.
          Went to Photo Loft. They charge $10 for set of 4 pictures but you only need 2 pictures. Wrote my name and Alien number on the back. Enter the INS bldg from the rear and you will come face to face
with a nasty tall black lady. She wanted to see the courtesy approval
notice prior to letting us even touch the door. Stood in line at room
136. There is a nasty black man there who was shouting at everybody.
Anyway he took our signature and fingerprints and stapled the approval
notice and gave us a number C-3XX. Went to room 135 waited for our
turn and got the passports stamped. The IIOs in room 135 were nice.
The IIO at the counter did not ask anything except keeping our I-94 and EAD cards. The process took about two hours. If you get there early morning at 7:30 AM maybe you can do it in an hour.

How did you come to know that RFE was received on 7th Feb and iof you had sent on 31st Jan why did it reach so lare

IIO told me. INS will recieve the RFE reply in a couple of days but
it takes them 4-5 days to process the reply. Therefore my RFE recieve date was Feb 7 although my lawyer had mailed it via express mail Jan 31.

How many I-94\'s have you gave them? Only your latest one, or all of them? I am waiting for passport stamping, I have got four I-94\'s due to multiple H-1 transfers.
