At last my 485 is approved. Received original approval letters from attorney yesterday and got PP stamped today.

Here are my details:

EB3, India

PD: Mar 1996
RD: May 1999
ND: June 1999
FP: July 2000
ist RFE : Sep 2000
2nd RFE: Sep 2000 (I-140 Redo)
I-140 approved : Dec 6th 2000
I-485 Approved : Jan 2nd 2001

congratulations. When did you receive the courtesy copy and did your AVM change?

Yes. After I-140 redo approval, I-140 message said it is approved and I-485 message said that they received response for the RFE.

After I-485 approval the 485 message changed to approved. BTW, that was on Jan 2nd. That\'s how learned that it was approved initially.

You mean the 485 AVM got updates as RFE recd after your I-140 got approved or did it change after they recd your I-140 redo package. I sent my I-140 redo last month but message still says RFE sent on Dec XX. I was expecting message to get updated after they recd my I-140 application. Could u clarify. Thanks
