485 approved

[new rfe]

Hi,

Just checked the AVM and found that my I-485 has been approved on 12/9.

I did not receive the approval notice yet. But the message says that the notices have been sent. Here are the details.

PD: 01/98
RD: 08/99
ND: 9/99
FP: 8/00
RFE: 10/19/00 (I140-REDO, 1040s and pay stubs, photographs for my son)
RFE response received: 11/22 (AVM was updated on 11/22)
Approval : 12/09/00

Are u sure that ur 485 got approved on 12/09. Since 9th December is a Saturday. IS VSC working on Saturday. Confirm ur approval date as 09/12.

Yes. I am sure that the avm says 12/9. I did not receive the letter yet. I will let you know for sure when I get the approval letter in my hand
