Congratulations!!! Can you please post your priority date for me please. I think they are looking at only the month of the notice date and then priority date. My dates are before yours, but PD is in Sept 1998.

Thanks, I know I might be sounding as a real stupid. Is it OK if I apply at the end of Jan early Feb 2001 ? Any limit on by when I MUST apply ?

This is because I am located on an international assignment in Europe while on the payroll with the US employer.

You can wait as long as you want. The other possibility is to do Consular Processing.
