Just got an RFE. They have asked for my nonimmigrant status in the US from 4/1997 to 1/2001. I was a canadian student at the time enrolled in school from 96- 6/00 on an F1 visa but without an I 20 . After that I worked without INS authorization from 7/00-1/01.

I need help I do not know what to do.
Help!!!!

Roy1 I think you should consult a lawyer..I was never on Student Visa and hence do not know much to help you! Sorry am not being much of a help! Maybe some Guru's on these forums can tell you what to do..
