Hello,

Finally got there. Thanks for the forum which was very informative and helpful. Got the magic email today morning with the 485 approvals for me and my wife.

how long would it usually take for the 485 to come by mail after you get the email??

My details are in my signature.

What type of FP did you do? Was it code 1 or 2 or 3? Was it only FP or FP + Biometrics.....?
What location..??

I140 :RD- 02/2004, AD- 01/2005
I485: RD- 11/2005, AD - ???? :confused:
FP - 02/22/2005.

No LUD changes so far..

Congrats willgetthere......That is less than 7 months for I140 and I485. This must be a record for TSC :cool:

I got FP today for April 1st 05.

This is what I read in one of these forums...
Code 1 - Simple FP
Code 2 - Biometrics (Digital photo, signature and index finger)
Code 3 - FP + Biometrics...

I have a question regarding the PD when sub.labor is used. My PD is 04/30/2000 on I-140 approval notice. Is I-485 processed as per PD or there is no such dependency ?

I have a quick question. I replied my 485 RFE for EVL and they received it on 3/9/05(LUD 3/11/05). Do you have Idea, how many days does it generally take to approve 485 thereafter. I have to apply for AP, if the 485 approval doesn't come in next couple of days.

from what I see in the forum it took anywhere between 3 - 90 days to approve the cases after an RFE was replied. my 140 was cleared in 5 days after they received my reply for RFE.

thanks for the wishes guys. I got my PP stamped on 03/24/05. It was very fast unlike the other processes. It took only 10 minutes for me and 10 minutes for my wife for the whole process after 20 minutes of wait.
