I am seeing a trend of all concurrent files being Approved and non-concurrent filers like me are stranded
 
FP 10/22/2004
Called up FBI and they said results were sent back the same day.
LUD 10/28/2004....(Fingerprint Review Results Recieved and processing resumed)
