My case has been approved (both for self and spouse)

My PD was Sept 2002, other details are in my signature.
I got no RFE, no change in LUD till the case was approved.
The online message also stayed the same from day 1 till the case got approved.

I was out of the country when the case was approved. My lawyer has said that they will mail me the approval notice, based on which I will be allowed to re-enter - but it all depends on the officer at the POE. My passport might be stamped then and there - or they may send me for a deferred inspection.
Have to wait and see what happens to me when I return.

Congrats. Enjoy the vacation and I am sure you will be allowed back even without the approval notice. Just show your AP while enetering back.

in your signature i think there is one mistake....I dont think even USCIS knows :D
 
congrats

you can enter on AP. i entered on 12/27/04 and the officer stamped one person ahead of me because he had an approval that they saw in the system. i just received my approval on 12/29 and now am waiting for my spouse to be approved.
