Just got an email with the Approval notice email.
485 date July 16, 2002
RFE July 8, 2004
AD July 28, 2004.
Thank you all for the fantastic advise over the months.
Have faith..things are moving very fast.

My Lawyer did not tell me the officer's #. They asked for all my previous papers including the I-20's, EAD's (2)., passport stamping..basically everything. However they did not ask for EVL or pay stubs. I have been with the same company for nearly 5 years.
When I recd the RFE's-wife and me-I took copies of everything and sent them to the lawyer. She took it from there.
Within a week of filing the RFE's the email approval came last night!! Hard to believe it's over finally!!
Been in this country since 1988 October! So patience wins in the end!
