Just saw the receipt notice in the mail. After 4 and half years my case has been approved. It has been painful journey. My attorney screwed me,
my manager is screwing me. I am free now. My details are as follows:

PD: 07/1997
RD: 03/27/01
ND: 04/17/01
FP: 08/24/01 (scheduled for 09/20/01)
Called IIO on 11/06/01 - said FP received on 10/18/01
AD: 11/13/01

I would like to thank everyone in this board, including MITR and BONGO.
You are not too far away. I am sure you will get it. Hang in there.

By the way our PD is around the same time - 09/97.... we are also almost seeing the end of the tunnel now...

thankful to evrybody on the board.

FP: 10/10/01 in Oakland.....didn\'t go there earlier

Can\'t believe it\'s over...will go on monday to SF to get the passport stamped...any experience with the INS office in SF will be welcome..
