485 approved, wife aos not filed

i have received 485 approval on Nov 24..wife currently in us on h4. marriage date May 04. Can I file her AOS while she is in US or what should be the process now.. please advise.

and what were you waiting for till now....slow people like you ruin their immigration cases......your wife is already in US with a valid immigration status...go ahead and apply for her tommorow or asap.....i think u still have time ( like 6 months after your 485 approval) to file for your wife and get it done realtively quick...good thing is that your marriage date is before the approval of your I-485....this is the most important factor..good luck.....
