I believe his date format is dd/mm/yy. That means his RD was in August.
I was surprised as well but paying little more attention to all dates made this clear that the dates are in british format.

I think he used DD/MM/YY format. What you see in the middle is the month.

I doubt this very much. The dates and EAC# simply do not tally. People are trying to have fun posting false messages.

I did FP on the same date in Boston and waiting approval.

I called FBI the next week and they said the results were sent back to INS on 8/11/00 but never called IIO to confirm this.
