LUD January 03: "We mailed you a notice to appear for FP, etc..."
First FP February 03
Second FP July 04 (notice by mail, no LUD change)
LUD August 04: "We received your Feb 03 FPs, processing has resumed, etc."
LUD 10/14/04: Case approved.
Not much rhyme or reason to this whole process: LUDs are certainly not a reliable indicator of status, nor do approvals seem to be based on NDs, since many 03s are being done despite the processing date for VSC of November 02.
No LUD change for 824 (action on approved petition, i.e., so that derivative husband and kids can go to embassy for processing). 824 was filed concurrrently. Shouldn't this have been approved at the same time?
