Why did NSC raise RFE for marriage certificate? Did you not attached when you filed for I-485?

yours, as far as i know, is the first RD/ND 2002 NSC case approval that has been reported in these forums (other than a couple of anamolous ones long ago). i hope this is the begining of a definite trend.
