Was your case first transfered to LA INS ?
My RFE response was received on Jan 7th and the case was transferred to SFO on Jan 10th. Since then I haven't heard anything from them.
As you said, they informed you 3 weeks in advance, I hope to get the interview letter soon.
Did they stamped your passports right away after the interview ?
Did he asked about your salary and current employer ?

Yes my case was Initially transferred to LA INS. But my Interview was at SFO
Yes they stamped both mine as well as my wife's passport.
Yes they wanted to see my current payslips as well as EVL(Employment Verification Letter) from curent employer

In case of affidavit, its like you provide for your parents when you try to call them from India, Just your salary. stocks. personal assets stuff....
