Congratulations !! I saw that you posted on the CSC May-June thread that your case was pending as of yesterday. So when did it get approved ? Late night ? (Please dont take this negatively, I'm really curious and on tenterhooks now). Enjoy your freedom

I did not do anything proactive as suggested in some of teh threads of this forum. My lawyers sent enquiry on the status every 120 days. The last enquiry they initiated in October and as a response I saw the approvals for my case. Since my wife is still stuck in the NC, I think the enquiry by itself did not help any. It just takes the long sweet random wait to get there. I have been a pretty much passive watcher in various threads of this forum. The information is great however I could not draw any corelation across most of the cases. Only thing that stood out was filing a lawsuit kindda helped.

Thanks to the forum for providing support and having the information flow in regarding approvals and various paths taken by individuals.

Me too received the card and waiting my wife's case. Just wonder how long it gets approval after main applicant approved, usually? Weeks? Months? :confused:

Waiting for wife's approval

I Received my GC earily this Month and wife's case has LUD on 10/4/2006, 10/5/2006, 10/7/2006 then nothing happen after that. One of my friend's wife wait for 6 extra months to get her GC and another friend's wife just wait extra week.

Wow, your LUD is very very close to mine. I got approval 10/4 and my wife got LUD 10/7 and then stuck, nothing happens.

Okay, it's anytime now to 6 months! You don't let me feel better :eek:

I believe it depends on the **reason** for the delay. For instance my lawyer updated me that my Wife's GC is pending NC.. which pretty much means a long wait ahead. Since I've heard (so far) 6 months as the longest period, possibly I am heading that way.

Congats. Good to see some approvals with 2005 May ND.

You case wasn't transfered to TSC, wasn't it ?
May I ask your FP dates ?
