485 Approved right before fingerprint expired

Both my husband's and my case got approved on Aug 16, 2004. Our finger print expired on Aug 25, 2004. I guess that may be the trigger. Best wish to all you guys. Here are the details.

RD: April 4th, 2003
ND: April 17th, 2003
140 Approved: March, 2004

what was the EB catagory ? EB3 or EB2 ??
 
Lately, we have been seeing cases like these. Soon_to_be_expiring_FP cases are being approved. So, early 2003 applicants with FP done through Apr/May 03 are in luck.

Did yor LUD ever change since FP1? Mine is in the same time frame and LUD never changed since FP1.
 
Congrats ! I guess a short congrats is more appropriate than a long congratulations in your case, if you know what I mean !! :rolleyes: :p

HI Sunflower, congratulations....Could you please tell me if yours and yours husbands, both the LUD changed on august 6th? Our ND is 4/7/03 and fingerpriting was done on may 27th, 03. My husband's LUD changed on 8/16 and 8/17/04, but mine did not. So I was wondering what is going on. Also, how long is the fingerprint valid?

LUD changed for both cases. Also, I believe finger print validates for 15 months.
