485 Approved( Receipt Date - 12/16/2002)

Hi,

My friend's 485 has been approved on May 22nd

Details:
EAC0308251xxx
RD:12/16/2002
ND:01/17/2003
FP1:2/26/2003
 
4 days before FB expired

Wow, he was approved 4 days before his FB expires.

My RD is 02/2003 and the FP is April 18th 2003. So if I am not approved before July 18th 2004, it can be anywhere in 2005.
 
First off congrats. But this is absolutely insane on INS part. Still here Feb 15'02 case. Done FP2, RFE responded. what else :( :( :mad: :mad:

BCIS is doing whatever they want so we just have to play "wait and watch" game :mad:
 
Congratulations for the approval.

The RD of my 485 application is 12/4/2002. I wish mine will be approved miraculously. When I filed my 485/I-140/FP/EAD in Dec 2002 i got my I-140 approved in just 1 1/2 months in January 2003. Then EAD by end of Jan 2003 and gave FP in Feb 2003. Then renewed EAD and AP in March 2004 again. Completed 15 months of FP in May 2004. Waiting for the notice from INS for 2nd FP. Wish i get approval even before :D
