485 Approved!!! RD 2/4/04

Like what everyone says, I don't know what I would do without this forum.

Today 5/31, I received approval notices from VSC for myself, spouse and child. It is such a relieve, you would not believe it. Did not recieve any e-mail notifications though. Actual approval date was 5/23/05.

Same thing happened to us also. our I485 ND is 02/03/2004 and we have received our approval notices via mail on 05/31/2005 . actual approval date is 05/23/2005 . no email notifications or LUD's

Yes, gclucky .. I noticed we had the same dates. Does anyone know if we need any employment verification letters when going for passport stamping by the way? I assume it is not required because it doesn't state so.

Sorry, I haven't memorized all my dates as I was simply tired of keeping track of what I filed when.

Mine was a painfully long EB1OR case

Yes I had to go 3X for the same prints!!!

we had our stamping today. only documents they asked us are payrole, EAD's and approval notice

People in other thread are GUESSING that if derivative applicant hold an independent status like H1, the derivative's 485 could be delayed. I saw your whole family got approved at the same time(congratulations again!), can you tell what's your spouse's status , does he/she hold an independent visa , like H1, F1. or totally along with you? Thanks.

Could you put your LUD on 485 more ditailed? I have the same filing date with yours, 2/3/05, and I am in the waiting line now. FP 4/08, LUD 4/09, 4/20 (FP rcved), 5/6, no more msg.

I-485 ND - 02/03/2004
FP- 02/17/2005
LUD's -- 02/23/05,02/24/05,02/28/05(FP received..)

Received Approval notices -05/31/2005( no status update, no email notifications
as per approval notice actual approval date is 05/23/2005
