485 Approved!! Just heard those magic words on AVM

Just checked AVM. 485 for my wife and me are approved on 8/14.
Details:
PD 01/00
EB2 (INDIA)
RD 02/01
ND 03/09/01
WAC 01-125-xxxxx
FP done 04/01 (scheduled for 05/01)
It is my turn now to post this mesasge.

My wife had to retake her FP. Second FP done on 06/01 (Scheduled for 16/08/01)
Approved on 08/14 (before actual FP date)

Though I am not on Ciba\'s list I am a frequent visitor of this site. This site is really great. My sincere thanks to Ciba for her great work.

Your case shows it with your experience.
~~Oh dear, I just knew it after I had done my 1st FP on scheduled date.
~~but, with a bit of fortune, I did my 2nd FP on the earliest date I could do.

Do FP early before schedule date

Could you tell me how to do the FP early before schedule date and does it has bad effect. My FP ND=8/01 schedule Date=11/01. Thank you.

We have done our FP ahead of schedule at SJC (few days after receiving notices). They haven\'t asked any questions regarding FP date. I don\'t think all FP centers allow people to take FP ahead of their scheduled date. I feel there is no disadvantage in taking FP ahead of scheduled date. I advice is you better take FP ahead of scheduled date if they allow you to do so.
