I just heard my case was approved at 11/19, haven\'t

  Some of my friends and my colleages are in same boat
  with me, but my case just moved faster somehow.

  BTW, can somebody tell me if I can go get stamp

Good news, but this guy could just an anomaly.

If people with cases in RD in late April contact the INS
and find out their cases are assigned to an officer,
then we can expect the flood that Henry (aka Noah) predicted.

I think trying to get through Today or Monday will be a good
idea, because people will still be on holidays.

Pekingeez, has your AVM been updated yet? Could you tell us the AVM

messages before and after approval pls? That would help us all to know if AVM messages are consistent.

Did anyone manage to confirm with an IIO that there
June ND (or later) case was assigned to an officer.

This is the only way to work out of if this one case
is an anomaly or the norm.
 
Is 01-196 WAC a June ND?

It looks more like May ND - probably May 29 .. Anyway, even seeing May ND approvals is a relief -and hopefully INS won\'t take much long to move to June (if Pekingeez\'s turns out to be May ND).

It\'s probably a May ND. People sometimes round up when
mentioning ND\'s. For example, several people have listed
my ND as 07/01, where as technically it is 06/28.

I think it used to be that AOS cases took sooooo long
(literally years) it didn\'t matter.

Anyway, the INS seems to have made progress as Mightycounts
ND is early May and Pekingeez\'s is probably late May, early
June.

However, we need to see if these are anomalies by calling
up the INS and trying to see if our late April filing date
cases are assigned to an officer. If they are, we can expect
a flood, otherwise we will just have to wait some more.

I checked AVM and it said approved on Nov 19th. But have not received the notice in letter yet.
