I will beleive it when one of the guys in vsc_on_hold\'s list start getting approval. These guys who appear from no where and posting approvals seems to be too good to be true.

Intrepid filed I-140 redo last week. Lets see what happens to it in a couple of weeks or for that matter any Igaters on the list.

I checked mine and nothing has changed. Waiting for a response from 2 other friends who were in the first list .

Yes mine is a simple name change and No the INs did not issue RFE.

Thanks a lot for the info. Did you get receipt # from INS for your amended I-140 application?

No not yet. I understand that it takes atleast 3 weeks to get the receipt. So, I should get it by the 10th of May.

Will keep you guys posted if I hear from the other IGATErs who were in the first list.
