my 485 finally got approved on 04/17.
actually my husbands 485 was approved in feb 04. rfe was issued for me on feb 20. rfe was for employment letter for my husband (even though his case was already approved) and proof of initial entry into US and proof of continued lawful status. lawyer sent the rfe on march 10 and bcis red it on march 17. however on april 2 bcis issued another rfe. rfe was for marriage certificate. rfe recd by bcis on 14 april and approval finally came on 17 april.

Question to TryOurPatience,

What was the Officer#? Was it same in both RFE cases?

The officer no for 1st rfe was 194. for the 2nd rfe i did not get the rfe copy since my lawyer replied to it directly.
