Hi Guys,
Thank you very much for all the help and information you all shared in this website. I just called the INS , and my case got approved

ND : 02/20/2001
FP : 06/07/2001
RFE recd by INS 12/26/2001 (Birth certificate had no names and employer letter)
Case approved: 01/14/2002

Thank you very much once again, having patience and beleiving in GOD is the path to success.

You had stated that you had rec\'d a RFE for employer letter and birth certificate since it had no name on it. What was your reply to the birth certificate question? I think I would have the same problem. Thanks in advance for your reply.

Answering ur Qs...
1. I Recd the RFE dated 11/13/2001 but recd on 11/26/2001.
2. I submitted a new Birth certificate with the name on it.

Congrats! Very encouraging. After a long time VSC is started working on RFE. My RFE recd.date 12/28/01. Expecting approval real soon.

I am not sure when to go to Newark INS for passport stamping. Any info is greatly appreciated. (Waiting for the written approval notice)
What document do we need to take along with 485 approved notice.
