One question, you said "because of company change", you mean you change your company, or the company name change?

Can u please tell us the details is it the just name change or it has also changed the TAX id etc.,

Cause I am in a similar situation I filed my 485 in Aug and my employer is in a process of changing just the name. Please do post the details

When was your I140 Redo approved?
Also, can you give your RD/ND for I140 Redo?
And is it being processed by inhouse legal or outside attorneys?

Hope the following should answer some of the Questions -

In Addition to what I detailed -

India - Country
EB2 - Category

FP date - Aug 3/00
I was never issued any RD, ND for my Redoing I-140.
After We responed with refiling new I-140 with new company info.
like Tax Id, Company\'s Income etc.. , I was asked to submit
99 - IT filing papers, and we did around Nov 7/00.
