I 1485 was approved but my spouse hasn't received his card yet due to his address wasn't updated. SR said that if card go lost or undelivered after 30 days to file I-824 to have duplicate document. My question is which one to file I-551,I-828 or I-90 for replacement Green card due to card not received? Thank you very much for your suggestions.
