485 approved-- applied EAD two days before approved.

Hi everyone,
my 485 and my wife's 485 were approved on Feb.10, and my wife just applied her EAD on Feb 7, and application was received on Feb.09. Today, we found out that our check was cashed.
Since our 485s were approved, do i need to write to CSC to cancel the EAD application? or just leave it there until they process the EAD and realize that our 485 were approved? Will it affect my stamp and GC process?

If i am not wrong, the text while applying for the EAD states that you will not get your money back even if your application has been rejected.

BTW, I just got a letter denying my AP application because 485 was approved in the interim.

"There is no appeal for this decision".
