Self RFE: Last 2 years Tax returns, Employment Verification Letter
Spouse RFE: Birth Certificate didn't have name, Chest X-ray for Tb test missing in medical exam

Both 485s got approved today.

Sorry, don't remeber exact RD, but it was near thanksgiving that year, so post 20th, Nov 2002
