I got pretty much the same dates as you. I tried to dial the number, but it was busy. Did you have to dial a lot of times to get into the auto message? And could you please tell me your state and city?

Hi VSC_HELP_ME,
                 I had to wait b\'coz, I was not married when my I-140
was approved and my wife joined me late after our marriage, so I lost close to 7 months.

         Yes, I had to be on the redial mode for atleast 10 minutes. Only after that I got connect. Keep dialing and you might get through. Good Luck.

The irony was I called IIO y\'day. He asked my case number and I don\'t know what he looked. After a while he said that my case would be approved after 6 months!!!! I was hoping that I would get mine approved by the end of this month. But it hapened well ahead of schedule!!

Hi Jen,
         I have called IIO three times so far, first time for the finger printing, second time I called a month ago and third time I called y\'day. All the time I got, was only a mis-leading answer. I was trusting the messages on this board more than the information given by IIO. Good luck on u\'r case, BTW did u check the automated message.

Thank you for your wish. I was pretty busy at work, so after several redials, I decided to call after VSC\'s business hour. I still got the same message: Your I485 was received... We mailed you a receipt... It\'s taking between 90 to 180 days... And so on. Maybe I will try to contact an IIO when my work is not so busy.
