Guys:

I must be the last one with April 2001 RD & May 2001 ND to get approved but it is finally over.

Both my wife and I got our approvals. The details are as follows:

485 EB2 NSC
India
Detroit
RD 04/01
ND 05/01
FP 02/02
RFE 04/2002
RFE response sent in 05/2002
AD 07/29/2002

We recieved our courtesy notices in mail on
08/01/02 and got our passports stamped on 08/02/2002.

We reached Detroit INS office around 6:20 AM on friday. The lady officer was really sweet and we were done by 7:40 (10 minutes for us).

I have updated the RUPNET site under the name of ABAR. Just
wanted to thank all of you and wish everyone the best as you struggle through this phase with a lot of trepidation.
 
When did NSC acknowledge receipt of your RFE reply??

I'm trying to see how long do they take after acknowledging receipt of RFE supporting documents to approve a case.

My RD is Jun 15th 2001. I received an RFE for updated employment letter on July 9th 2002.

The AVM said my RFE reply was received by them on July 23rd.
