Hi,
At last my case along with my wife's, got approved today.

Substituted labor with original labor lost (Priority date Jan19, 2001). Filed on Sep20, 2005.

140 was pending for 2 years. I contacted congressmen'ss office for 140 approval and they replied me saying my 140 is going to get denied since USCIS could n't get the labor copy. In 2 days it got approved on Aug 22, 2007:)

485 got approved today.

Good morning !

My case also similar to yours..my Sub labor copy was lost at INS and they denied my case first and finally approved my I-140 recently. I have my 2nd FP also recently 3 weeks back and waiting for my final approval.

A quick question on your case, did ur congressman office people say that INS is intended to deny or denied it, please let me know..

Hi Gopal,
They told they are going to issue intent to deny. But got approved at that time.
My second fingerprinting also done around 3 weeks ago and I think you case is going to be approved sooner, if it is not stuck in name check.
