485 Approval

Were there any LUDs on 485 before approval and were you stuck in Name Check?

Thank you. Yes, it truly was. Funny thing was that I would check my email every morning for the last 2 years looking for that fateful email. The only day I didn't check it was this Friday and that happened to be the day the approval mail arrived.

Yes I was stuck in the name check since July 2004, the name check took almost 2.5 years. Sent letters to the senator, the congressman etc., nothing helped. There were at least 2 LUDs plus 2 FPs (2nd one was a Code 3).

If you happen to look for the emails in next couple of days, by reflex, do not bame yourself :)

Time to get on with life, I guess.
