485 Approval?????????

Gurus,

When can I expect my 485 Approval? Please see my signature for my case details.

Filed Labor on Sept 2002 EB3 Cat. Filed 485 on May 26,2004 Concurrent.
Second EAD & APs are approved.

Are the visa numbers available for EB3 category? if not, when will they be available?

I am really getting exploited by my present employer. I just want to get off of this fellow.

October is when we starting wishing for good things again

New Visas will be alloted starting Oct '05. We might see some retrogress in dates..so keep that in mind as you consider your future steps.

if you are really in a bad situation you can use AC21 (preferably once you 140 is approved).
