485 Approval while traveling outside U.S.

What happens if 485 is approved while you are traveling outside U.S. Can one still enter on approved Advance parole?

You will face differed inspection when u come back, search this forum, you will find lots of valuable info on this topic.
 
485 approved while overseas

Bindaas, where did you get that info from ?
As far as I know you're not a green card holder yet until the final step, passport stamping. So, you should still be able to return to US with AP.

That's what my attorney said.

Thanks Bindaas and Sinting for the information. I think one should try to use AP to reenter (thats what couple of folks did as per this forum past discussions) and if there is objection from officer that 485 is approved one can always ask for Deferred Inspection
