This afternoon, I got a call from my lawer. My 485 case and my wife\'s 485 case got approval. My son\'s not known. Later I check Answer Machine, My son\'s 485 case also approval on March 18, 2002. The Answer machine got updated for all three of us. Detail Info:

Biggest lesson: not pursuit perfect just straight ahead. At the begining, because of PD difference between 3rd and 2nd category, when INS thought my salary not reach 2nd, I appeal. That is the biggest mistake I made since INS and DOL do not have resource to hand normal cases, how can they handle appeal case. Whole year, no response at all.
